Start chesina 20 minutes ke.. full vomiting sensation and kadupu motham kakavikalam avuthundi. Inka velli aa mats meeda padukundi pothunna.

Even after a day potta motham pisikesinattu anipisthundi.

I drink beer as a pre workout bro, works well. Preferably oka 4 ala taagi vellu

vellemundu boiled eggs/bananas/protein shake taagi vellu...oke saari heavy ga workout cheyyaku gradually increase cheyyi...suppose 1st day threadmill 1 mile running cheste 2nd day 2miles uruku atla...starting kastam melliga alavaatu aithadi

Whats the difference in time between your Breakfast or Food taken and GYM work out start???

 

Keep around 45 mins - 1 hr gap so that you won't feel heavy, you can fruits like Banana, Apple  along with your desired breakfast. Kontha mandi protein shake also teesukuntaaru.

You will get used to it...eat heavy during the day..nenaithe 45 mins mundu protien shake taagutha anthe..

People eat carbs before the workout..like banana etc.
