Keep around 45 mins - 1 hr gap so that you won't feel heavy, you can fruits like Banana, Apple  along with your desired breakfast. Kontha mandi protein shake also teesukuntaaru.

Breakfast 8:30 AM.

Self Defense class 7:30 PM.

dont do too many crunches .....not more than 15 .....to start with .....

also go empty stomach or with liquids .....dont eat solids ..............
