H1 and h4 ead question

Hello db,

currently working fte, h1 7th yr running, lately got ext. for both h1, h4 ead apprvd for 3 yrs until 2020.

got a new fte opportunity, if accepted:

1. is transfer at this situation, a right decision?

2. If transferred, do I have to transfer wife’s h4 and h4 ead as well? Or she can use same approval, since she have until 2020?

3. Currently 120 plus, new one is offering 90 plus since it is east vs central living exp difference. acceptable or not?

I would say stick with Current Client if everything is ok. chetulaaraa bisket avtadi lekapotey in worst case.
