There are only 104750 approved so far and it includes lot of renewals.. 2015 -- 26,858 2016 ---41,526 2017 ---36,366 out of the approved 60% are not working.. So only 30K to 40K suffer from H4-EAD revocation. 20K Out of 40K will get H1B in April 2017. Finally it effects 20K H4-EAD people. Such a small number compared to 80K H1B's a year. Quote
