Who is your 401K provider? Mee employer usually oka invetmeng management company ki istadi they will provide login credentials

You can login to Vangaurd. Maa employer kuda Vanguard.

 

Depending on employer, they have set of funds like TRP 2045, 2055 etc. You can login and change your investments.  2055, 2045 etc funds will be more aggressive in investing where as 2025, 2030 etc funds are more conservative.

Advantages of retirement funds are they get early acess to company stock before any company goes public.
