All their marketing highlights this heating capability and list the price for ~$150, but it won't heat up without the additional $80 battery. Very misleading. It would be like looking at new car advertising that shows you driving around having a blast then telling you the engine is separate. I don't trust them. How many people have bought a jacket and not the additional battery to learn that their product won't work. Quote

Also, you can return it if its not included.. I don't think any of us need these jackets, we indians are not the type of roaming around in such terrible weather conditions. Quote
