I guess USCIS will give a deadline to all H4 EAD's like Aug 1st or Oct 1st etc lekunte it willn't be fair again for all H4 EADs

If USCIS dont call back all the card then people will still use them and USCIS cant track all of them..since card will have valid dates..so normally agency will leave already given ones and stop new ones..unless there is very much impact with existing ead's also..
