90 days grace period to process change of status irrespective of validity of h4 EAD...

form I-124 with $275 fee submit cheyyali..along with all supported documents of  valid H1 spouce to revoke current H4 EAD and adjust status to H4.

yes..  H.4 EAD gives DHS WORK AUTHORIZATION... so it has to be revoked by sending completed form and showing they still have a valid H1 spouse to go back to H4 or sent back to home country...if independent...

EAD is permit to work ..H4 is a status... Ni h4 atlane untadhi... U don't have to go through adjusting status
