I apllied in last year april and got approval in november.My wife extension applied in june and still in pending with vermont center. Can i apply h4 ead for her now when her extention is in pending status? Appreciate your help Quote

Appreciate your help yes, you can apply with old h4 and your new h1b.. most of the cases they can see the new h4 approval dates in their systems and give h4-ead according or least case they will send rfe for new approved h4 document.. in either case you will save some time..
