Agree to some extent but when Kotla Surya Prakash Reddy was MoS Rlys from AP he did his best many of the projects getting executed now were sanctioned during his period...Had the then situation in state bit better much better results would have come..

Kurnool lo midlife coach factory okati propose chesaaru but adi kadaledu once govt changed...

Now AP lost a big chance for pushing some the key projects when Suresh Prabhu was Railway Minister and was representing from AP, just they took it for granted that Rly minister is nominated from out state things will happen.
