budgetpadbhanabam Posted January 11, 2018 Report Posted January 11, 2018 its not yet all a good news yest all unless they include a policy in this bill to make use of unused greencards and remove per country cap...what is the benefit if they just increase no of green cards it will just increase no of green cards aloocated to india to 12250 from 8400 per year. I.e 4k green cards per catagory....it will reduce 100 yrs back log to 95 years..this is another dog biscuit(H4 ead) like what obama did in 2014...this is just to kill HR 392... Quote
