But what i suggest is check if your home already has the plumbing to hook up water softener .. adi unte you can buy softener from lowes for $600 or even less and nuvve install cheskovachu.. RO is also easy to install watch youtube videos.. just RO aithe $200 lo dorukudhi lowes or homedepot lo

param rod adi..dont go for it..ther are some other alternatives ..wher do you live? if you live in bay area try https://www.yelp.com/biz/awp-water-systems-san-ramon-5  but forget about getting it for 1000$ it costs me 2800....including whole house and reverse osmosis...unless you install it yourself..
