Costco water softner $650 (for entire house).. you'll need salt bags to refill as needed and you are all set ..

Eco Water is good. Can be installed from a local dealer with reverse osmosis system for $3000 @ Northern Virginia. Winchester dealer. The same system is costing about 5K from Costco. Water softner basically softens the water once you start using it you will feel the difference. If you have kids then its always better to use.
