It depends on your field , your company etc . Even if it is not through company you can find a job (ex UK ) and companies do work visa and even pay moving expenses ( even if In IT ) . If you are talented, planned and settling in us in not priority you can get jobs and work in many countries and get international experience  . I have family and  friends who are doing that already . 

As a matter of fact I thought to do it too but didn’t want to lose my status in US so gave up and changed my plan .

also look at the preferences of your spouse. One of my friend is a consultant with BCG he could go to 25 countries but his wife has FTE in boston so he is stuck there as she does not allow to move out of USA
