In My analysis: 1) He is trying to Cut down all low-level junk. 2) Trying to bring RISE act. 3) Point base immigration. 4) He may do favor MS Students. 5) Removing diversity lottery program. 6) Removing DACA. etc etc....(include anything I missed) If all above are implemented, future is for Tech guys only.....
