How to register marriage in HERE with out ceremony

Hellooo all , need inpermation on how to get marriage registered for a friend . They dont want any ceremony , they just want to get it done in court house. 

There weeding got canceld with visa issues , so they might go to India next year for weeding ceremony but before that they want to  get registered here

Book hotel have chex, that’s it’s

well. konni states(like colorado) do not need an officiating officer to approve a marriage. husband and wife can be the witness themselves. just sign the certificate and they will approve it.

 

so court house kuda avasaram ledu. or esle manchiga vegas velli pelli cheskondi...as package they will do everything. also fun ga untundi

There are so many variant governining laws around this..

It all depends on where they live, where they get married.. post their city, we will better respond
