Oka particular sector lo i.e IT lanti sectors teeskuntey the impact n % will be more. That is why it has special focus now-a-days. IT lo % close,to more than 50% that's not good for local jobs. But they should also consider the negative impacts on the businesses by restricting such high %  workforce
