ASP is Officer Cadre mostly IPS

CI is class 2  gazetted officer (family quota job ayithey 10th pass ayithey saal .. entrance through ayithey .degree untey saal  ... no.of yrs chestey CI aythadu). 

based on years of experience CI ki ekkuva paisal osthay monthly... but rank wise ASP is big... 

ASP has to work under/along with CI until ASP gets promotion ...

i think she is IPS...and IPS ni suspend cheyalanna it has to go through a process if I'm not wrong...usually DGP...
