Next coming to ur question of vacuuming , Maa wife second baby ki went for induce because our girl was past 40 weeks , induce cheyatham ente antey just they will insert a pill like thing to soften up placanta. So at the time of baby coming out my wife was not feeling anything due to anesthesia so doctor inserted small vacuum cup ( it looks like our plumber cup used in potty !
