i had my H1 visa until may 2018 but not visa stamped in passport, recently my H1 ext got approved until may 2021. i need to go for stamping to visit india for some personal reasons. Im planning to go to mexico for visa stamping. If i go for visa stamping in the month of feb 2018, if i go for stamping will i get the stamping from the next day of the interview until may 2021 or will it get stamped from maty 2018 - may 2021...I

Max 3yrs or 36months only they can stamp. So nu in advance velthunav kabati feb 2021 varake istharu.

u should get stamp valid from feb 2018 to may 2021 .

i got is done in canada few years back and had got it from june2015 to oct 2018.

i stamped from 2012 - 2015 in canada, from 2015 - may 2018, i dont have stamping

simple carry both H1 copies. if you are present h1 is going to expire in next 6 months u carry both H1's and get stamped until end date of 2nd... Chala mandhi VO ki telvadhu...if they only give until may 2018 ...tell them u have spoken to attornery and confirmatiom. Please check on ur side. Naku ee situation barbados lo vachindhi 3 yrs back..vadu na present h1 4 months unte dhanike ichindu stamping...nenu migthadhi kuda ivali..attorney ani aanesariki kanukoni vachi ...stamping chesi ichadu...
