Okavela Hyd ni Second capital ga chesthe, most of the adminstration will be run by the union home ministry.

except providing civic amenities, health and education, most of the administration will be run by the union home ministry and home secretary will take care of the law and order implementation. 

Just like Delhi and New Delhi....

Telangana CM will not have controlling authority over the city and any major changes or implementations have to be consulted with Home Secretary thus reducing the authority and control. 

Just like Arvind Kejriwal...

when the president arrives in Hyd for winter sojourn, the entire region will come under the jurisdiction of Army and Army will be responsible for administration and Police has no say during the period.

Ofcourse, out of everyone else in Hyd, Andhra people have an idea on the region and considerably present in large number...they may increase their power and decisions taken may fall in their favour...

Tg govt won't be able to take decisions in its favour as there will be interference by union...andhra legistlators may influence the union home secretary and claim for larger share in the adminstrative region atleast..
