Nee kakkurthi tagaleyya, 270 yards lo each floor lo 2 -2 bedrooms ata. asalu ela vosthaayi ila ideas. oka floor lo oka 2 bed room kastam. only bedroom and no kitchen and living etc...naaa..

average middle-class styling ki pothe...close to 2000 rupees per square feet....plus additional 50 rupees additional for every floor upwards. 

Usually with present set backs, per yard, six square feet is desirable per yard per floor...but with some changes, can be extended up to 7-8 square feet depending upon the plot shape. If its perfect square, set backs may be bit low and if its rectangle with less frontal setback, upto 8 sft is possible per yard per floor.

Stilt(Vacant ground floor with stairs/lift and servant quarters) + 3 floors + pent house , easy ga ichesthaaru permission considering your plot size is 270 sq yrds

6 flats elthaayi easy ga , corner plot aythey better and also bad  as you get more sunlight and you may have to leave more feet for setback

baagaaa  kastam , kattochu naasi rakam like pressed cement bricks instead of proper red bricks  and robo sand instead of regular sand
