But you have to pay money when some municipal officers and all comes to site location for money... Only experienced persons can do that managing and construction work.. Ala Illegal gaa povadhu antey.. u can still get permission for 4 floors.. but only 3 floors ki permission vastadi and Pent house type lo vesukovachu later.. Now rules are changed a lot.. any thing more than 2 floors of construction, Govt needs Mortgage.. So if you divert and construct then ur Mortgaged flats are gone .. So be careful.... So go only with Strong Construction builder persons if you know any one.....Lot of Local mestries come and say they will do for cheap price and every thing.. but if situation goes wrong Hands paiki lepi potaru madyalo.. atu kakunda itu kakunda pothav madyalo... NOte: 270 SQ YRDS also need to be perfect square, if not wastage also goes and plan effect kavachu... and also with front side road size matters now a days.. So check all these with experts only.... Builder indivual ani terms emi vundavu.. Manam Software engineer ani peru manam petukkunam... If your business is building and selling, you are called as Builder anthey... Individual ayina patiiki, you have to go for permission, and do construction .. anthey kani Builders ki permision verey, individual ki Permision verey vundadhu..... So coming to RERA, simple 1 logic enti antey any thing with G+2 if you do construction with permission, you have to Do Mortgage. IF you want check with any builder or attorney please check once if you want. INka chala rules vunayi RERA lo... so read them please.
