Do Nasa Irrigation. that is the best solution to prevent any infections due to sinus.

 

Sinus valla mucus bayataki drain avadu. so it stays in your sinus cavities and causes infections. infection valla body will go into overdrive to produce more mucus and you will get more sick. so its like a chain reaction

Irrigation will help in such situations but long term solution like surgery will depend on why you have sinus issues in the first place.
