the contract was first given to transtroy, which gave some works to navayuga as sub contracts.  now transtroy is not able to do other works. if center goes for new bid, present steel rates, cements rates etc theesukoni bid ready cheyyali which will increase the estimation. but navayuga said that they can do the project for the old rates  as it is already a sub contractor for the works and they did decent work for the work that was alloted to them. Central govt discussed with the main contractor transtroy and navayuga officals and okayed  to give the spill way construction to navayuga. kotha bid ante malli 1 month late avthundhi, june lo varshalu vache lopu they have do as much as concrete works fastly. year lo 6 to 7 months available to do the project. due to floods in godavari.
