i lost 20lbs in 2month last time and agained it again 

i have started it again 

lost 8 pound in 4weeks,,,,,but planing to loss weight, and stop keto 

and start gym and maintain ani planning.....lets track here

first of all please do some research about what ketosis is.......before asking stupids question n be committed.....beer is pure carb, which is against keto 

 

inka snacks anatava.....nuts, salmon/turkey jerky,.....wings, cheese sticks

i wouldnt recommend being on keto for ever

loss like 20-30lbs on keto(because its easy and fast)

slowly incorporate gym 

slowly stop keto and enter cal deficient diet(including carbs and everything)

That’s that not true ! Eat calories accordingly to your BMR , exercise especially weight training , eat balanced diet all food groups - whole grains , dairy , vegetables. Avoid high GI fruits , and can eat low GI foods such as berries ! This plan is normal living being with no complications . agreed, but this will help you reduce weight in a very long run, you need patience 

if you are fat, you r a lazy guy and no commitment 

here you need motivation 

KETO gives you motivation, as you see weight loss soon.......better to start keto and change your life style later

keto is guddha baddakam diet.. proper research cheyakunda idi seyyakandi..

Agreed , lose weight with keto for couple of months , and for maintaining eat balanced food . Maa intilloo adaluu tried keto with IF bro , she had problem with her menustral cycle . So , ladies evaru ayina chaduvvutuntey jagratha amma chusi cheyyandi ee keto diet mostly avoid IF
