tacobell fan Posted January 31, 2018 Report Posted January 31, 2018 I-140 revoked meaning - your employer submitted withdrawal, i.e you have valid Priority date, if it's approved beyond 6 months and stayed with original employer who filed. If dates become current then you have no way to file I-485 since there isn't any existing I-140. No matter what, you have to file new petition with new employer, even if you decide to go back to old employer he must file from the beginning but you can preserve your Priority Date if you met the criteria.
