Better we transfer these facilities t private players and let them take care of these welfare part and let the government pay their bills. Osmania Hospital, on an average, treats 3000-5000 people outpatients every day and at any given time, there are 5000+ patients in the hospital coming from various districts. If such districts are equipped with private hospitals and people have the capacity to pay up to 5 lakhs with govt assurance, these people will try to get treatment in those hospitals rather than coming to Osmania Hospitals..It's within reach and target and often they will be closer to health care facilities which will avoid further life loss. if what you say has to remotely work, private hospitals should not be allowed to refuse to treat patients. every emergency must be processed. good luck getting them to do it Quote
