Bro its calorie deficit.. not fat with fat.. keto was introduced to treat epilepsy.. if you do quantified nutrition still you will lose fat with or without keto..

guddi ga chestunnaru kabatti.. workout aitundi andarki if they are in calorie deficit not in surplus. Main ga water weight taggutundi.. fat burn will also be supreme, but you will gain again if you don't gain muscle..

if he does keto he will lose fat (provided under calorie deficit), but he won't gain significant amount of muscle, which will inturn nullify his keto after he introduces carbs. In Calorie surplus people gain muscle in keto, but those are of very minimal gains.

it does more harm than good. Logic doesn't work on every body. In your own family, your parents and siblings bodies are completely different.. Every one is unique. All you possess is genetic advantages. Adi niku undi ani niku ela telusu? so Keto is not a virgudu for every one.. Its just another diet pattern.Nothing wrong in it. Should be used only to achieve individual goals..

first inclusion of carbs will gain water in body.. Malla scale mida nilabadithey it will show higher number.. Asalu weighing scale number itself is crap. If you are stressed out water retention ekkuva untadi body lo ..
