keto deit is effective and you will loose weight fast if you do exercise at the same time. I lost 30lbs in 3 month with combination of keto and gym.

but now I got that weight back after taking excessive food from last 6 months.

you need to maintain your diet after weight loss or no use.

It very hard to follow strict keto diet with our Indian food.
