Vadiki ee questions vunai, adigadu, need expert options, hangovers taggaka jara cheppandi: If his company starts the process, PERM or labor is in progress and his project in Chicago is complete - * Will the application filed be valid if he relocates to Atlanta for another assignment for a different client (employer is same desi MNC) * Will the application filed be valid/ will get approved if he goes back to India and comes back to US after few months on another project in Atlanta? (Employer is same desi MNC) * Will the application filed be valid/ will get approved if he goes back to India and comes back to US after 1 and Half year on another project in Atlanta? (Employer is same desi MNC) Meku telisinde kada, usually Desi MNC sends back it's employee if there is no project and brings them back to US when they find another project kada, so ilanti cases lo file chesina GC process em avtundi ani adigadu. GunturMirchiBajji Posted February 3, 2018 Report Posted February 3, 2018 Perm is an application for future employment and it doesn't matter if you are living in US or any country or if you are with the same employer or different employer. Once it is filed then it is up to the employer to either keep the application or withdraw it but it doesn't have any effect on your current status so for all your questions the GC PERM application will be valid and can be used in future for applying I140.
