If everyone need to follow rules then there should not be consideration for DACA they should be deported. But why is government considering the issue? It is due to compassion. And at the same time ikkada case lo he was under supervised visits. According to thatha EO kriminal record unte ante minor infractions included then deport cheyyali. But eeyana case lo em levu. At least not reported. So he should be considered.

Not everyone who does PhD gets his H1B. 

Instructor ga work cheyochu, plenty of places hire those that are illegal and pay them.

It's not just about compassion, DACAs will have to pay legal fees to get legalized. Plus they will be given temporary EADs which they will have to pay for and renew them every 3 years or so, all that is money for the govt. Plus since most DACAs are going to work in entry level jobs, companies can get real cheap labor without sponsorship issues and squirting around to get people that are undocumented. 

Win-win for both the govt and DACAs.
