9.28am: Finance minister Arun Jaitley examined the final copy of the Budget document on Wednesday evening. On Thursday morning, he left for the the Rashtrapati Bhavan from the finance ministry at the North Block. He will shortly reach Parliament, where he will present the Budget at 11am after a Cabinet meeting.

Here finance minister is the one who made the copy ( or collected all the info regarding the expenses ) so before its introduction in the house no one will know except him . After it’s introductim in both the houses there will be few more stages before it’s acceptance .

Yes discussion will be there in house after presenting budget mostly in second budget session any changes can also be discussed and if ratified will be added to final one...But a formal cabinet meeting is conveyed as per process before presenting of budget.

Cabinet meeting untadi bro paina post chesaanu adi news lo live events, even i see it in TV where they flash the news about cabinet meet before budget..They could discuss about budget in brief in it.

See what ever they are showing in TV it’s after complete scrutiny ... it means all those stages have passed and the budget has been finalised

there will be two sessions of budget ... after two sessions, if needed any changes will be made and after the final changes are approved by parliament...it will be reviewed by cabinet sub-committee on budget and then the budget comes into force.

Scrutiny antha ayyinake sodara there will be a brief formal cabinet meet before FM goes to present in the house...Idanta formality ki chestaru there will not be any changes done there since by then itself the copies would have reached parliament.

What ever changes discussed will go to standing commitee vaallu malli report ready chestaru which usually happens between break of 2 budget sessions, 2nd session lo if any changes & grants provisions will be included.

approval pakkana pedite...the budget is NDAs budget..CBN is a part of NDA and TDP MPs have cabinet portfolios...this it self makes CBN liable..
