first know that Ph.D lekunda research cheyyalev. Ph.D cheyyalante you need to have lot of patience and perseverance. at least it will take 5 years. ok, after 5 years ela untundi ante, it depends. May be it will help to get GC in EB1 category, but that too depends on your publications. whole phd process lo guide support chala important.

jobs, after phd kooda chala takkuva. My frnd completed phd and luckily he got his GC finally after all this turmoil. now he is learning SAS to change his feild to IT. Why, because he wants earn more than his current salary.

alternative careers ante physician assistant cheyyadam is very best option. it will take 3 years, but very stable job with decent salary. 

so overall ga my suggestio: utmost passion unte tappa biochemistry feild ki povadam waste . good luck.

Bio Chemistry ani specific ga cheppalenu kaani..... In General ga Bio lo aite.... You need to find the right Job that will pay you... Software anta salaries vundavu kaani ...  Mari anta takkuva vundavu kuda.... GC lu antava ... Chala ne vunnayi.... but they won't do it like immediately, you have to wait till 4th or 5th year of your H1B ....  If you want to make it easy search in the Federal companies...
