I am liking it... not bad... weekdays kosam anthey.. weekends day time full rupchik bayata.... weekdays kudaradu kada.. appatikee office ground lo oka 2 rounds estha after lunch...

start with speed 7 and keep increasing as you build your stamina.

yeah.. do brisk walking first and then run.... open up the lungs.. once it gets .. you will be alright..

gap isthey lungs air intake capacity taggi aluposthadi.. it has nothing to do with how fat you are... 

do the 30 / 60s.. heart rate penchataaniki..

30 seconds sprint running.. 60 seconds brisk walking.. do it for 5 to 10 minutes initially ... then slowly increase your time ... you should be alright..
