nenu undey area lo day time vechaga untadi after 4 PM cold avuthadi.. office tarvatha workouts kashtam avutunnay.. like running outside and all.

so oka Treadmill koni basement lo padesa.. alternate days 1 hr brisk walk and running chesta... and mana telugu mass paatalu petkoni body weight exercises chesta ( pushpus, situps and all other types)...

full chematalosthay... oka 1 hr is not bad... full fun untadi... 

apartment ayithey .. mee apt gym ki vellataniki try cheyy...

you have to do other way .start with 3.5 and increase after  every 10 min until 30 min and then reduce to 3.5 for last 10 min.

This worked for me as beginner and i really enjoyed doing this.

 

Also Spend some time about HIIT - High intensity interval training .Best way to squeeze juice  out of running
