The sudden and “unilateral” decision of chief minister K Rosaiah to recommend to the centre for cancellation of iron ore mining leases given to Rakshna Steels is understood to have caused a lot of heart burn in the Y S Rajasekhara Reddy family.

According to highly placed sources, YSR’s daughter Sharmila, whose husband Anil Kumar is believed to have benami investments in the Rakshana Steels, reportedly called up Mines Minister Balineni Srinivasa Reddy and broke down, stating that the government was witch-hunting their family. “What are you doing, being a minister in the cabinet? You have not done anything to stall the cancellation of Bayyaram mining leases. It was the only gift of my father to me and Anil,” she told Balineni.

The minister, who also happens to be nephew of YSR, gave her a lengthy explanation, stating that it was a unilateral decision of Rosaiah and everything was done in a secret manner. “The instruction has come from Delhi; so he had no way but to act,” Balineni told her. He assured that he would take it up with the chief minister and see that the lease could be restored.

The worst part is when a party forms the govt, they dont really care about previous govt's corruption..they all obviously have a tacit agreement on this..but when some one challenges the party, they go after that person with utmost sincerity taking all the laws in to consideration.. Having said that, it is good that jagan is being nailed here..wish that happens to the gandhi family as well..bofors scam nunchi thavvukuntu ravali bjp or some other party when it forms the govt..foreign banks lo indian black money antha bayata pettali at least next 20 yrs lopala  !q# !q#

Bofors and Blackmoney is impractical baa...cannot happen in our generation ...until a non-power hungry Govt is formed...which is impossible in India or infact any where elase in the world....
