Ma friend h1b meda work chese vadu, 4 months back  lay off ite, he changed his status to H4. Now he got a new project, vadi previous employer new H ONE petition file chestunadu premium lo but it will take 20-25 days for getting LCA and approval. Mean while vendor gadu H1 Copy share cheyamani adutunadu, temporary ga ipudu ma vadi old I797 cheste vendor ki H4 lo unatlu telustundha, Client is okay to wait for 3 weeks but vendor ni yela manage cheyali, they are asking for h1 copy again and again.

I heard people change to h4 and project vachakda h1 apply chesam ani but how to manage vendor. chala mandi vendors submission ki kuda h1 copy adugtunaru?  yevarina elanti situation face chesara?
