i mean i understand their POV also. movie industry la casting couch untadi ani telsu atlantappudu veredi chesukovachhu kada ane line ki naa deggara answer ledu correct ga cheppalante. yeru daatedaaka oda malanna yeru daataka bodi mallanna anudu correct kaadu anedi valla vaadana which is true to some extent. but i am not supporting that behaviour and since it is their personal choice to cast whoeevr they wish to make the movie with there is an edge its hard to discuss anukunta ( considering the fact that they are investing millions based on what they think will click or not you feel me ?)

The issue is not just movie industry. The issue is everywhere. People like Larry Nassar will be there in all industries, who have been taking advantage of their work to do all kinds of sh!t. See Weinstein case. They are talking about incidents happened 10 years ago.

Manishi unnantha varaku he will exploit each other. Mostly men will be visible as traditionally they are physically strong and top of attaining money and fame gives them the ultimate power.  Women have to play their charm and assets to survive as that is their way of attaining fame and power in a smart way.

Those who dont have money and fame will preach morals but they end up doing the same once they reach that position.

Power, women and wine that is where it begins and ends and anyone preaching about morals and ethics is first hand BS.

i agree that kind of behaviour is not ok anywhere but movie industry la you have a chance to say yes and do it or no and move on, larry nassar gaadu or any other manager position is not the same antunna anthe.

Even before there are morals, and ethics, there is humanity. Humanity tells to respect others, have empathy, and help each other, which are clearly missing in all the above cases.

There is no difference at all. Weinstein didn't rape or touch anyone in most cases. He even begged the woman to just sit while he does his sh!t few feet away.
