First time home buyer, best bank for pre approval for 650 credit score

Is there any specific bank that gives pre-approvals for the credit score of 650. Home price around 400k, and planning for 10% down.

So best find an agent who will give you the best refund and he will be able to suggest lender, attorney anni.
