Yes, they do transfer h1b...billing kuda baga istadu and benefits kuda vuntayi...

this was about 5-6 months where I thought of moving full time to Randstad and so enquired with them...but then again may depend on project to project

i got to know from someone that they do take H1's on transfer if 140 is already approved.

cut emi teesukodu vadu....either w2 per hour rate aina istadu lekapothey FT annual salary aina istadu....that too depending on the project.

I enquired with them in Feb 2018 for a FT role and transfer and they were okay with the transfer..

projects bagane vuntayi but more than 10-15 days gap vasthe matram h1 revoke chestadu vadu....adoka pedda torture vuntadi veedi degara...

See if you can get in touch with the local account manager...those are the best guys to make a deal and get better information...

hypothetically say 150 comes out of clients pocket per hr

how much will randstad take %  , how much can we expect to get
