nenu already aa post lo vesa kada. malli malli rayalante kastam. 6th page or 7th page lo  rasa kada. 

naa routine nene create chesukunna, which works for me. Chala try chesa, last ki naku nachinavi uninchi rest vadilesa. And time table fix chesukunta, but edo okati change chestha last minute lo.

"keto is not a diet maam its a life style" idi nenu final ga deduce chesukunna vishayam. so nuvvu idi oka 2-3 months chestha malla back to biryani ostha anukunte kashtam everything will come back . so keto anedi melliga nee life chesukoni kavalante eppudu anna oka sari biryani atla thinochhemo but then again i havent really did it so cant tell u much march 1st week or feb last few days la oka maha thread esi food log kuda cheddam anukuntunna not sure if i will follow thru but atla chesthe andulo ochhi chuddduv gaani

I would suggest u first stop eating rice 🍚/ chapathis/ oats / bread/ pasta/ sweets . Try  3 whole eggs with sautéed spinach and cucumber slices for break fast . Just breakfast marchu one week remaining lunch / dinner lo changes u can make slowly .
