Friend's H1 rejected under speciality occupation-options?

Hi Friends,

Ma friend H1b reject ayindi under speciality occupation.His title is SQA engineer.He was working as FT for a very big financial company.He transferred his H1b from CTS to this company and his transfer got rejected.Can you please suggest if there are any options to stay back in US.His company attorney his suggesting him to leave US immediately

Did he already tell CTS? If not, stick with CTS

CTS thone unte emaithadi .. did he leave CTS once he got h1b receipt from other company ?

he left CTS and they sent application to revoke his H1 to USCIS as soon as he left.His transfer was pending since 8 months and last week he upgraded it to premium and today it was rejected

kaka CTS di active untadi kada H1 petition ask him to go back to CTS

though i was network engineer, job join ainapudu role QA Engineer ani unde..6 years H1 alage nadpincha.

renewal appudu recent ga Sr. QA Engr ani vachindi 2020 sep varaku.

but lay off ayyaka, i found job in other team, and i wanted them to file amendment with new DevOps Role.

premium lo file chesaru... 2021 varaku approve aipoindi, GC scratch nunchi cheyali whcih they have started already. 

 

i knew with these Speciality Occupation thing, QA, SQA, Analyst roles etc will be scrutinize more in future ani. final ga vachesindi kuda
