Don’t know about others but I got rfe yesterday . Have appointment tomorrow with lawyer to answer RFE. He told me in email nothing to worry though .

Yeah don’t know . Haven’t heard of this query before . Chudali how it goes . I even asked lawyer if he forgot to keep my MS certificate . He said they did . I am thinking random query as they asked other docs which we already  submitted .

Yeah I scheduled appointment with lawyer to directly talk over phone . Basically Btech. Degree ni em cheyalem lawyer should answer well anthe and I don’t know how they handle this . Anta lawyer mahima inka .

one of my friend did Masters in Civil, his attorney suggested to enroll online course in some computers, so he joined. Just my two cents

Yeah same thing happened to one of my known friends. 

h1b rejected when transferred from Desi consultancy to big client . Attorneys told not to stay here so they went back to India with family. Now after 2 months his H1b got approved again . BasicLly they will file MTR.

All these occupation roles ki specialized degree akkarledu as ppl who don’t have degree also are doing jobs ani uscis recent Times lo query vastondi ta so why your job position need you is the query .  

Its not about if we are skilled or not . Job doesn’t need your skill set and any person who don’t have degree also can do ani .
