I had similar experience. Oka telisina friend ki UK lo job ledu with family in problems ani telisi recommended to my bava saying he is good developer and i know him well . Actually he has 9 years exp . My bava helped him taking my word . Don’t know how he managed interview but got job but he was laid off in 3 months . Horrible performance anta and I put my bava in awkward situation . Leka Leka recommend chesa and had to apologize my bava though he took easy. Appadi nunchi personal ga vallato work cheyani vallaki I am not forwarding resume .
