2) I think NABARD is offering some subsidy but not sure if poultry is eligible or not

Half acre land lo, 10,000 birds capacity vunna two parallel sheds veyochu... This again depends on the shape and size of the plot but in general, two sheds of 10,000 capacity each vastayi...ante, 20,000 birds capacity vastadi.

Not Just NABARD, other incentives kuda vuntayi and that keeps changing from time to time, okappudu state govt ae vuntunde poultry loans ani 0% interest mida..and more over, govt subsidies teesukuni business chese rojulu poinayi

and a stamp duty exemtion antava, you are talking about 2-3% of the total cost savings which is as good as negligible..entha migultayi kaka, you are talking about lakhs of investvent and savings of 2-3 laks in the name of stamp duty exemption ? chill man, gone are those days..market chana dynamic ayindi denamma ipudu..

broiler has faster turn around time and less investment comparitive to layers. Broilers ki shed esi, water available vunte saripotadi and unskilled labour tho pani nadipiyochu...ade layers aithe mechanised set up vundali, two level sheds vundali, infra ki ekuva avutadi, skilled labour avasaram...

broiler has less investment and fast movement, quick turn around time and upto 6 batches per year...oka batch fail ayina ventake inkoka batch vesi loss ni cover chesukovachu time tho patu...

Thanks for the info...so gov subsidy vastada or ravadam kastama? ..nabard sitelo chuste it says 25% subisdy and state gov sitelo chuste above 7% interest will be waved ani undi

Subsidy terms okasari chudu bro. Usually subsidy phase wise istadu..for example, if the subsidy is for buying and building infra, adi oka 3 phases lo release chestadu...like at the time of registration oka 20%, buying raw materials apudu oka 50%, finishing stage lo remaining subsidy releases seatadu

Sarkari subsidy release ayedi bank nundi kabatti kastha easy ga ne vastadi...and more over. It will be used as prepayment if you are taking a loan so better things is to take loan.
