Manager and his boss were laid off. higher management asked them to work from diff location. They said no. E situation lo consultant position Enti. Frnd gadu tension padtunadu as I am new to industry nenu em cheppalekapotuna. Please share your experience.

consultants do not have a guarantee anyway..if they do get in big assignments, they're considered as lucky ones. But most of the time it is sooner or later..

Ekkada Enduku vesanu ante..he also knows it's not in his hands. Employee point of view lo is it good for the employee to ask for manager recommendation. He doesn't want to loose any option from your end. Tarvarta badha pade kanna..
