i'm currently on 6th year of h1b... 7th year extension apply cheyali.... incase reject aithe can i apply for transfer to new company with full time offer?

If you already have an approved I-140 you should be fine. I have seen many people changing employer even after 6 years of H1

With old employers I 140 you will get h1 extension doesn’t need the new employer to file gc also. You will get lifelong h1 b extensions. Happy ga marochu just make sure your current h1 b is still valid
