Bhayyas , memu India lo house construction start cheddam ani plan chestunnam ..father is retired so he can supervise the building construction   but has no idea about managing workers n mesthris .. edanna construction company ki oka package lo matladi este  better antara? evaranna ela chesara .. planning to build 4 storeys , 2 houses per floor(each will come around 1300 - 1500 sqft ani estimate vesam) ..approximate ga enta avachu ? Thanks

Depends on location and other factors vayya...roughly about Rs1200 - 1400 construction vastadi. You said 4 floors...whats the plot size? How many sq Yrds? If you are going for an extra floor, need to buy bonds etc. Obviously oka engineer and one good mestry is what you need the first and foremost ...mana daggara engineers just slabs vesey tappudu vachi choosi pothaadu...migataa antaa mestry ley managing.....so find a good one with good team of labourers.....coz often they leave you lurking in limbo when you need more numbers...coz they commit too many sites at same time...

4 floors - 8 houses ki 70 lakhs only construction cost(includes labour +material)
