breakfast tinakapote lunch time ayye varaku emi aakali kavatledu

but breakfast tinte maatram 11 ayyesariki aakali avtundi.. why?

yeah, naku kuda. Breakfast chesthe ne twaraga akali vesthundi. Lekapothe 11 varaku fine. so only brunch these days

same to same... breakfast 10 ki chesina.. 12 kalla malli akalaytundi... em tinakapothey 12 daka ekkuva aakali anipisthaledu..

metabolism fluctuate avthundhii I guess when its abt to go bad

body metabolism functions r working good.......go for good lunch......evening fitness exercise.........not to forget night deybba......OK    +-
